28/06/2010 - A more motivated than ever Alberto Cerqui is about to head Imola, theatre this weekend of the fourth round of the Italian Formula 3 Championship.
The young driver from Brescia, last year's winner of the Formula Azzurra title, showed a marked growth from the season opener at Misano and he is determined to keep on this trend at Imola too. The dialogue with engineers of Ombra Racing team continues to be very constructive and the latest updates devised by the Italian team for the F310 Dallara should allow a further improvement in terms of performances.

Alberto Cerqui:
"Last week we run some tests at Franciacorta and we obtained some encouraging results; the same feeling that last year took me easily to find the limit in Formula Azzurra is now starting to grow with this single seater. After Hockenheim I also intensified the gym work to be ready to face summer temperatures; Imola is my favourite track and I hope to achieve a good result. Finishing among the first five would be a great result and this is the goal I'd like to achieve to make my season turn the corner".
